Ingredients
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons almond flour
Sliced Swiss cheese
¼ lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
Desired seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
Mayo
Mustard
Lettuce, tomato, or other veggies
How to Cook
Mix almond flour, mozzarella, and eggs. Pour into waffle iron to make two chaffles.
Cook the burger patty to your desired temperature or doneness.
Layer the chaffles with burger, cheese, toppings, and sauces.
Serve and enjoy!
