Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Low-carb sweetener of choice (to taste)

Directions

  1. Chill the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

  3. Add cocoa powder and sweetener, then continue whipping until smooth and mousse-like in texture.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Serve chilled.
