Ingredients
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Low-carb sweetener of choice (to taste)
Directions
Chill the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl for 10–15 minutes.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Add cocoa powder and sweetener, then continue whipping until smooth and mousse-like in texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Serve chilled.
