Ingredients
6 eggs
6 slices of ham
1 cup shredded cheese of choice
Chopped herbs
Chopped green onions
Chopped peppers
1 cup cooked sausage or bacon
1 pinch salt or favorite spice
1 pinch cayenne pepper
How to Cook
Place a slice of ham in each greased muffin tin cup.
Scramble the eggs and pour into each cup.
Sprinkle with cheese, sausage, and other toppings.
Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until set.
Makes 6 — great for meal prep!
