Ingredients
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons almond flour
Sliced Swiss cheese
Sliced pastrami and/or corned beef
Sauerkraut
Hot mustard (or low-carb sauce of your choice)
How to Cook
Mix almond flour, mozzarella, and eggs in a bowl.
Pour into a waffle maker and cook until golden (makes 2 chaffles).
Layer your meat, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut between the chaffles.
Add mustard or sauce, and enjoy!
