Strawberry Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups partially thawed strawberries

  • ½ can unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 dropper stevia vanilla crème

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ tsp fiber powder

  • 1 tsp xylitol or monk fruit

  • Water or almond milk, if needed

  • Low-carb squirty cream (optional topping)
     

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients except the water and squirty cream into a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk and blend again.

  3. Pour into a cup and top with squirty cream if desired.
