Ingredients
1½ cups partially thawed strawberries
½ can unsweetened coconut milk
1 dropper stevia vanilla crème
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¼ cup Greek yogurt
½ tsp fiber powder
1 tsp xylitol or monk fruit
Water or almond milk, if needed
Low-carb squirty cream (optional topping)
How to Make
Add all ingredients except the water and squirty cream into a blender and mix until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk and blend again.
Pour into a cup and top with squirty cream if desired.
